About
Built by someone who bills by the hour, for people who do too.
TimerMVP is a two-person company. There is no sales team, no growth department and no roadmap committee. There is a product, the people who use it, and the two of us reading every reply.
Why it exists
Greg Masterson runs a small agency, 1015 Brands, that builds websites and client portals for other small businesses. For years the question at the end of every month was the same: where did the time go, and was that retainer actually worth it? The spreadsheets never agreed with the invoices, and the invoices never agreed with memory.
So he built the tool he wanted. A timer that is tied to a client and a rate. A planner that shows what was promised on Monday next to what was delivered on Friday. Reports that answer business questions instead of listing rows. Every hour of the agency's client work has been tracked in TimerMVP since, and most features started as something Greg needed for his own clients that week.
Nathan Judsky builds the product alongside Greg. Together they are the whole company.
What we believe
Your time is the one thing still yours to account for. Software can draft the email, write the code and summarise the call. It cannot tell you what you did with your Tuesday. That record only exists if a person deliberately keeps it, and keeping it is the most valuable habit an independent professional can build.
Tracking is a performance tool, not an admin chore. We do not build automatic trackers that guess from window titles, and we are not trying to save you from clicking a button. People who click the button get a scoreboard. People who do not get a guess.
One price, every feature. We are not interested in tiers that hide the useful report behind an upgrade. TimerMVP is $9.99 a month for everything, with a 30-day trial so you can decide on evidence. See the pricing page.
Talk to us
Email support@timermvp.com and one of us will answer. Feature requests, billing questions, a bug on a Sunday, all of it goes to the same two inboxes. If you want to see how we think about running a solo practice, the blog is where we write it down.
